Throughout her career, Julie has contributed to a wide range of successful launches, but her real passion has always been in bakery. This is where she feels most at home, combining creativity with technical expertise to bring products to life. She is particularly proud of leading the development of the Exceptional cake range—an award-winning collection recognised for its quality and accessible price point. Earlier in her career, she also achieved a Product of the Year award for a first-to-market “make your own ice cream” kit. Driven by a genuine love for bakery and a practical, hands-on approach, Julie continues to focus on creating products that people enjoy and can trust.
