Aaron Givon is the Head of Food Development at Bingham & Jones Ltd, bringing over 20 years of experience across hospitality, food manufacturing, and consultancy. After a successful career as a chef in fine dining establishments throughout the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, Aaron transitioned into food development, applying his creativity, tenacity and passion to deliver high-quality products. Aaron began his development career at Greencore, where he worked on bakery projects for major retailers, including Tesco, Waitrose, and Lidl. He later joined a newly formed Co-op team, focusing on bakery, soups, and ready meals. During this tenure, he secured Q Awards for bakery and soup products and helped deliver a large successful tender for Co-op. Since joining the food development agency Bingham & Jones, Aaron has been an integral part of the company’s growth. Initially serving as a food developer, he has successfully delivered innovative products, resolved complex technical challenges, and maintained strong client relationships. His contributions have led to consistent year-on-year business growth and his appointment to a Directorial role within the firm. Aaron fuses pragmatic and creative approaches to food development, consistently delivering products that are innovative, commercially conscious, and technically sound.
