Donna began her career at two of the UK’s most iconic food retailers - M&S and Waitrose. In recent years, she has channeled her passion into championing challenger brands, bringing innovative products to market that push boundaries and build on flavour and nutritional trends. As the current Head of Brands for Brand Organic, Donna oversees a portfolio of over 20 natural and organic brands. She leads UK strategy and end-to-end brand management, ensuring products not only earn their place on supermarket shelves but thrive across the independent and health food sectors. As a judge for The Grocer New Product Awards, Donna looks for innovation that balances consumer demand with commercial viability. She is particularly interested in products that demonstrate a clear USP, sustainable credentials, and the ability to disrupt established categories while always keeping the consumer at the heart of the proposition.
