My passion for food sits at the heart of everything I do; from bold flavour combination to beautifully considered presentation, I believe great food should delight the senses and create a moment of excitement for shoppers. I feel fortunate that my career has been immersed in both branded and own label innovation and product development, and from this experience, I bring a deep understanding of how great products are created and successfully brought to market. Throughout my career, I have collaborated closely with chefs, developers, suppliers and brand teams to bring ideas to life – from early insight and concept ideation through to recipe development and final execution. I’m particularly driven by innovation that pushes boundaries in taste, quality and design, whilst fulfilling a true consumer need. As a judge of The Grocer New Product Awards, I’m excited to celebrate products that demonstrate true originality, exceptional flavour and thoughtful craftsmanship.
