I’m a Senior Brand Manager at Fearne & Rosie, the fastest-growing jam brand in the UK, who specialise in high-fruit, low-sugar preserves.
I’ve spent the last 8+ years working in FMCG across both agency and brand roles, so I’ve had a bit of a 360 view of how products come to life, from early ideas through to what ends up on shelf.
I started out in shopper marketing working across big-name household brands, which gave me a real appreciation for what cuts through in-store. Since then, I’ve moved brand-side, leading on everything from NPD and rebrands to campaigns, with a focus on building brands people genuinely connect with.
I’m obsessed with food, packing and new ideas! I love seeing how brands are pushing things forward, whether that’s through new exciting flavours, NPD or eye catching clever campaigns.
As a judge, I bring a mix of creative and brand expertise as well as commercial awareness, with a real appreciation for what makes a product stand out in a crowded market and of course, something I’d genuinely want to keep putting in my basket time and time again.
