Jonny Bingham forged his reputation in food from working with his Hotelier father at the Edwalton Hall Hotel in Nottingham to setting up his first restaurant at 17 in a Nightclub in the City. He then went on to manage many establishments in Nottinghamshire, owning Hotels in Rugby, Utoxeter & Southwell and opening Aquarium Restaurant in Nottingham. From here he opened Flores, a chain of Gastro Tapas restaurants and Shaw’s in Nottingham. He then began his career at Bakkavor before becoming Senior Development Chef for Samworth Brothers. Jonny is now the Bingham in Bingham & Jones, the award-winning Food Innovations company.
