My background has always been in product development across a variety of roles, I’m currently an NPD Manager at Pukka. Over the years, I’ve gained experience across a broad mix of categories, including hot and cold sandwiches, dips, food-to-go snacks and cooked meats, working with both branded and own-label products.

I’m genuinely passionate about food and love being part of bringing new ideas to life and ultimately getting to see them on the shelves and in consumers trolleys. What motivates me most is pushing the boundaries of what consumers expect — whether that’s through flavour, format or packaging.
