I had my own food and drink PR company for 12 years, which I sold to Golley Slater. After 5 years with them I left to work for myself at home. I ran the Roux Scholarship for 19 years, am a former vice president of Women in PR and had a long PR career before deciding to become a food and drink writer. I write for four titles: RiverTribe (which I edit) Women Talking, The Twickenham & Richmond Tribune and Foodepedia
