With over 30 years experience in high quality food and drink - from cutting edge Plant based (allergen free) desserts, 10 years leading the Bettys Innovation and Development agenda in Yorkshire to Retail, Online, Manufacturing then crossing the culinary bridge of creativity ranging from 3 years at 2 star Michelin Le Manoir Quat Saisons working in the Patisserie section. Entering culinary competitions which included successes in Chocolate and Patisserie.
