I'm an experienced insight professional and psychologist with substantial experience delivering actionable insights to clients in the food and beverage industry and FMCG space. At F!S Group, my role as Head of Strategic Insight is to bridge Insight and Innovation for maximum impact. My experience spans the entire product development life cycle, from identifying white space for innovation to testing how a prototype performs with real consumers, to informing brand refreshes. When I'm not digging deep into what people think about food and upcoming trends, you can find me in the kitchen or with my head in a cook book!
