
I’m Olivia Abrahmsohn (often known as Lilly), a product development consultant with over a decade of experience creating award-winning food and drink products. With a background in Science and Nutrition, I combine scientific rigour with a deep creative passion for flavour, innovation, and consumer experience.
Throughout my career, I’ve held senior roles at leading brands including innocent drinks, Rebel Kitchen, and Joe & The Juice, where I led global product development and innovation. Now, through my consultancy Tastebud Tickler, I support challenger FMCG brands and household names in turning bold ideas into commercially viable, great-tasting products from concept through to launch, including recipe development, ingredient and factory sourcing, and scale-up for production.
My work is rooted in sensory expertise. I have a highly trained palate and a deep understanding of how to balance flavour, texture, and aroma. I’ve also spent over 10 years as a sensory judge for various food awards, and I’m passionate about championing products that combine quality ingredients with true taste appeal.
As a judge for The Grocer Product Awards, I’m excited to bring my industry insight and sensory experience to the panel, with a focus on innovation, taste, and commercial viability.
