Danielle Ellis trained as a professional bread baker in France in 2014. She runs personalised breadmaking courses online and in-person specialising in those setting up small bakeries.

Danielle is a judge for the World Bread Awards and dabbles in making sloe gin. She is also a WI Food Judge.
