The Grocer New Product Awards is a fantastic way to showcase your product and the perfect opportunity to gain the recognition you and your team deserve.
Here's how it works:
The categories are split into food & drink and household & personal care products and must cover one of the following criteria.
- New to the UK market
- Reformulated product
- Repositioned products, targeted to new markets or significantly repackaged
- Additions, variants or extensions to existing product lines.
Please note, products should be developed and launched from 15th May 2025 - 16th October 2026.

To enter your food & drink product, you will need the following information:
- Product category
- Full product name (prefixed with brand name)
- Manufacturer
- Brand name
- What is new/clever about the product
- What insight was used to develop this product?
- Is your new product reformulated
- Is your new product repackaged
- Is your new product a variant or extension to an existing line
- Is your new product new to the UK Market
- Please confirm your product was launched, reformulated or repackaged and on shelves from between 15th May 2025 to 16th October 2026
- Date this product launches into UK market
- Product type
- Target audience
- Price (£)
- Size (g/ml)
- ABV% - Alcoholic Drinks
- No. of servings
- Shelf life
- Preparation method (i.e. Hob, Grill, Oven, Microwave, Ready to Serve)
- Ingredients as stated on pack
- Please list where this product is available to buy
- Is product available nationally or regionally
- Please upload a pack shot of your product - please note this may be be used in the presentation
- Please upload a brand logo for use on our presentation
- Please confirm any social media handles you wish for us to use
If you wish for your product to be judged by an expert vegan panel please submit into Free From or Plant Based category . For example: Vegan cheese has the choice to enter ‘cheese’ or ‘free from or plant based’. By entering ‘free from or plant based’ it will be judged by an expert vegan panel. If entered into 'Cheese' the product will be judged by experts who may or may not be vegan.
If you wish to enter a range , each variation will need to be entered into the same category separately. The only exception being multipacks whereby each variation is not available individually.

- Please provide evidence for any claims on your product
- Please list where product is on sale or future listings?
- Is product available nationally or regionally
