Danielle trained as a professional baker in France at Ecole Banette. She teaches breadmaking in Gloucestershire and mentors microbakers. She judges at the World Bread Awards, Taste of the South West and the International Cheese Awards (Cheese Board). A passionate chef, she has travelled widely and a far too large collection of cookery books.
