Jonny Bingham is Co-founder of Bingham & Jones Ltd and has more than 25 years’ experience across hospitality, manufacturing and food innovation. After building a successful career as a restaurateur and hotelier, Jonny moved into product development, combining commercial insight with a passion for great food, quality and creativity.
He began his development career with Bakkavor, working on sous-vide projects for Marks & Spencer and Waitrose, before leading ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook innovation for M&S, with a focus on Italian ranges and sauces. He later joined Samworth Brothers as Senior Development Chef, heading the Tesco convenience account and delivering multiple successful launches.
Since founding Bingham & Jones in 2013, Jonny has helped grow the business into one of the UK’s most respected food development agencies. The company works with retailers, manufacturers and challenger brands to create commercially successful products, solve technical challenges and bring new ideas to market quickly and effectively.
Jonny is known for his practical approach, market insight and ability to turn concepts into products consumers love.
