After a career in PR, which included having my own company (sold to Golley Slater) and running the Roux Scholarship for 19 years, I moved into food and drink writing. I write each week for RiverTribe mag (which I co-edit), The Twickenham Tribune and Woman Talking. I also occasionally write restaurant reviews for Foodepedia. I am a judge for the Great Taste Awards and also for the Academy of Chocolate.
