I am from and currently live in Brighton. I am also the mother to two children, 11 & 8 who keep me busy as a taxi service. I have worked for Higgidy, which is based in Shoreham-by-Sea, for over 10 years. I have worked in the food industry for over 25 years across multiple categories from bakery, salads, pasta sauces to savoury pastry. I love to experiment with new meals, and am currently enjoying making healthier snacks for the family that I find on Instagram like homemade snickers bars with puffed rice, seed and date energy balls and I have also joined in the cottage cheese craze! I like to travel, always popping into the local supermarkets to see what delights might be on offer to bring home.
