Emiliano Amore has worked in a range of Brighton venues as head chef, focusing on sourcing locally and making more sustainable choices. He was selected as personal chef for the worldwide premier of Game of Thrones and since then he has worked for various years as a personal chef for actors from Marvel and Disney. Then he decided to focus on community projects starting with the
famed Refettorio Felix founded by 3-star Michelin Massimo Bottura serving the homeless community in London using surplus food. During lockdown, he worked as a catering manager for the homeless shelter in Brighton and reached his target of cooking 10,000 meals using only surplus food. He joined the Brighton and Hove Food Partnership from 2021 till 2024, to lead both community & commercial cookery classes. He designed several cookery courses for marginalized people and has been one of the most recognizable and smiling faces in the community of Brighton and Hove. He ran 350 classes in the Community Kitchen and taught cookery skills to over 4200 people. He has been shortlisted for the BEST NEWCOMER AWARD 2024 from the guild of food writers.
