Started in the Food Industry in 1986 in Food Ingredients. Worked on some of the biggest Food Brands in the UK. Created a successful Gluten Free business, have helped start ups, a farm start up and big corporations. Now own a successful Curry Sauce company and run a small holding on the Surrey/Sussex border.
