I’m Lizzie, the Product Developer for Little Moons. My past experience lies in product development and innovation management across the bakery and dessert category. I have been a vegetarian since I was 7 years old and try to follow a vegan lifestyle as much as possible for environmental reasons - I love the fact that Little Moon's best-seller is plant based!

Outside of work, I am an avid home cook who loves proving to my friends how much the plant based industry has moved in in the last 10 years. I am also currently furthering my knowledge of wines by studying for the WSET Level 2, expanding my palate and understanding of the intricate world of wine.
