Victoria Whyley has been working in the global packaging industry for over 25 years. She has contributed her technical and design skills to companies such as Geest Foods (now Bakkavor), Boots the Chemist, Molson Coors Brewing Co, Wilko, and Aldi. Her career encompasses various sectors, including Food & Drink and Health & Beauty covering artwork and design, structural tooling, design & validation as well as including brand management, quality, and continuous improvement principles.

Currently, Victoria is Plastics & Packaging Manager at Aldi UK managing sustainability goals and operational needs, including optimising packaging designs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading initiatives for continuous improvement in packaging solutions. Victoria is a Fellow of the IOM3 and is an active committee member of the Midlands Packaging Society. Her involvement in these organizations highlights her commitment to advancing the packaging profession and sharing her knowledge with peers.
